Our Company
We are a fully licensed paint and body shop with a specialty in European and Japanese vehicles. As an I.C.B.C express certified automotive repair facility we provide exceptional automotive expertise and high levels of customer service. All of our technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience repairing vechicles and are fully certified automotive refinishers.
Bismark Collision Repair has been owned and operated out of Richmond, British Columbia for over 30 years. Our managers and adjusters are also qualified technicians with repair experience, this ensures a collaborative working experience between our techs in the shops and our staff in the office. We are committed and available to discuss your vechicle with you throughout the entire claim process and together as a company we are dedicated to a harmonized working environment in order to deliver to our customers the utmost in quality repairs and customer service.
Walter Siu
Walter Siu is the General Manager and founder of Bismark Collision. He began as a mechanic at the age of 18 and has over 32 years experience in the automotive industry.
Walter is a self-described perfectionist and only permits the highest quality of workmanship in his shops; he has personally hired each and every once of his technicians while also providing additional training to bring them up to his personal standards of quality and customer satisfaction. He takes a personal interest in all of his customers and believes this approach is why Bismark Collision has been able to thrive in the Richmond area for over 30 years with the majority of their business being driven by referrals.
Walter has worked diligently to develop a close working relationship with ICBC, he has acted as a liaison between his customers and ICBC for over the past 30 years to streamline the claims process and simplify the experience for his customers. When you bring your vehicle to Bismark Collision we promise to treat it as if it were our own, like our staff we consider each and every customer as family- no matter the size of your repair. Stanford Siu
Stanford Siu is the son of the companies founder Walter Siu. Stanford has been working at Bismark Collision since he was a teenager, initially he got his start by sweeping floors and washing cars and eventually worked his up the company, now over 15 years later Stanford acts as the Head of Business Development.
Recently Stanford has been working to develop service oriented technology for Bismark’s clients, the companies newest project the “Help Me” App, assists customers if they are involved in an emergency. In addition Stanford has worked diligently to expand the Bismark brand by launching a Real Estate Development company, Bismark Homes. One of his first projects went on to become the set for the popular “Ultra Rich Asian Girls” series launched on HBIC TV, the show averages 3 million viewers per episode!
