Q: Are all Automotive Repair Facilities the same?
A: Definitely not. Repairing a vehicle is an art. The necessary tools, the right technician and strict quality control are some factors contributing to a good or bad shop.
   
Q: If I have an ICBC claim, where can I bring my vehicle in for repair?
A: When you have an ICBC claim, you can bring the vehicle to repair at any ICBC repair facility that you want.
   
Q: I would like to bring my vehicle to Bismark Collision Facility, but I am not able to get a ride to the shop with my vehicle, is there any way to assist me?
A: We provide full valet service. We will do what it takes to conveniently help you get your vehicle to us and help you get to where you need to go.
   
Q: Will Bismark Collision Facility waive my deductible or give me a discount?
A: The agreed deductible is made between you and your insurance company. It is forbidden by ICBC to do anything about the deductible. Altering the deductible on a claim jeopardizes our vendor number from ICBC. The answer is no.
   
Q: When the vehicle is being repaired, can I come and take a look at the progress?
A: Definitely, we will be happy to let you know what has been happening and what will be happening to your vehicle.
   
Q: Will the vehicle be taken off the premises at any time?
A: The vehicle will only leave the premises only if it is necessary for repairing your vehicle. For example: Wheel alignment, engine work, stereo etc.
   
Q: What is a "C.A.R. Shop"?
A: The ICBC c.a.r. shop program accredits collision repair facilities that maintain the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism
